How often do you inspect rental properties?
Four on-site inspections per year. Each inspection includes exterior condition, HVAC and filters, plumbing, smoke and CO detectors, lease compliance, and deferred-maintenance checks — with photo documentation delivered through your Buildium owner portal. Most Triangle competitors inspect annually or only on request.
What happens when a tenant has an emergency at 2 AM?
